KUMUD Pure Desi Ghee: handmade from fresh buffalo cream
KUMUD Pure Desi Ghee is made by KUMUD Farms, a family dairy in Lucknow. The label lists one ingredient, buffalo milk cream, and the jar contains no preservatives.
The cream comes from the milk of our own buffaloes. We make the ghee by hand, in small batches, using the cream-based method instead of the bilona curd-churning method. Each batch gets a number, so we always know which batch a jar came from.
